Over 33 years ago, our company was started by a young woman with a vision and since then has thrived as a woman owned and managed organisation. When Ann started the company in 1985, the country was experiencing a recession, but the confidence she had in herself and the faith in her team set the company on the road to success. Since then, Ann Swann Personnel Services given countless women the opportunity to grow and develop their own careers, some learning and moving on to pursue their own paths with others staying either within the organisation or keeping a close association with us.
Our employees thrive on the challenges of the recruitment industry and thanks to the service level commitment we offer our clients and the loyalty they have given us in return, we will continue to go from strength to strength, customising our service to meet the needs of our customers. Through many economic and political changes, we have endured and will continue to do so in the years ahead. We have evolved and moved with the changes in our country and the business world, determined to succeed and maintain the service excellence that has become our trademark. EMEs automatically qualify as Empowering Suppliers so their customers
are all able to claim BEE Points when buying from them. Under the
Revised BEE Codes all businesses have been given the target of buying
15% of total Measured Procurement Spend from EMEs each year.
This should give rise to the establishment and growth of EMEs in RSA.
